Just Neighbors Update

We have revised and updated the Just Neighbors ToolKit to reflect the latest data, the most current statistics, and the latest developments. We have also revised every session in response to feedback from facilitators and participants. The program truly is better than ever. If you have a ToolKit that you ordered before November 2005, you can update it by ordering a new Facilitator's Guide and new Housing Matters cards. The cost for both is just $20.00 (which is simply the cost of production).  [ORDER IT ONLINE]

Hunger in America 2006

More than 25 million Americans—including nearly 9 million children and 3 million seniors—receive emergency food assistance each year from America's Second Harvest. This represents an 8 percent increase since 2001.  Hunger in America 2006, based on 52,000 face-to-face interviews with people seeking emergency food assistance and more than 30,000 agency surveys, is the largest, most-comprehensive study ever conducted on domestic hunger.  [AMERICA’S SECOND HARVEST]
